There is a failure to completely recognize the dangers involved with modern skin care. There are items that are so toxic landfills will not allow disposal yet millions put them on their skin daily. The ingredients of skin care, where it originates or if the complete ingredients are put onto the labelling is not in any way regulated by the government.
